A Western Australian consultancy built around Aboriginal Corporations
AA Consulting Group works from Broome and Perth, alongside Aboriginal Nations across Western Australia, to strengthen governance, planning, operations and business development — particularly where an organisation doesn't yet have dedicated staff.
Why we do this
Native title determinations hand Prescribed Bodies Corporate significant responsibilities — and often very little in the way of staff, systems or recurrent funding to meet them. Grants arrive with reporting obligations attached. Proponents keep sending future act notices whether or not anyone is there to read them.
AA Consulting Group — Alai & Ardestani Consulting Group — takes its name from its two principal consultants, Jordan Ala'i and Parsa Ardestani. We started it to fill that gap in a practical way: sitting with boards to work out what they want, putting the plans and systems in place, and then doing the work needed to carry those plans through.
Our people

Jordan Ala'i
Principal Consultant
Jordan brings a background in law, construction, project management and business development. He facilitates workshops, guides planning and strategy processes and, most importantly, supports the transition of those strategies into practical, on-the-ground actions that deliver outcomes for the corporation.
Parsa Ardestani
Principal Consultant
Parsa specialises in business analysis, business development, systems and process design, and software implementation. He organises and manages the information that flows out of planning workshops, coordinates the actions that follow, and builds the systems and documentation needed to keep progress going.
A wider team when it's needed
Beyond the two of us, AA Consulting Group has a team of specialist consultants we can draw on for a client's work: lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers, graphic designers, website developers, and construction planners and managers.
The corporation deals with one point of contact and one scope of work. We bring in the right specialists, brief them, and coordinate their input so the board isn't managing a string of separate advisers.
What we commit to
We work to the corporation's rule book and the CATSI Act, not around them. Payments, approvals and decisions follow the board's own processes.
Culturally sensitive information stays with the corporation. We don't reuse it, and we're careful about where it's stored and who can see it.
We say plainly what we can and can't do, and we scope work so the board knows what it's paying for before it starts.
