Practical support for Aboriginal Corporations, from the boardroom to the ground.

We work alongside Prescribed Bodies Corporate and Aboriginal Corporations across Western Australia on governance, planning, operations and business development — especially where there isn't yet a staff team to carry the work.

Who we work with

Our clients are Aboriginal Corporations registered under the CATSI Act — many of them native title bodies governed by community directors and funded through grants or trust income.

That shapes how we work. Decisions run through the board. Budgets follow funding cycles. Directors carry real responsibility, often without paid staff behind them. We build our advice and our support around those realities rather than importing a corporate template.

What we do

How we work

Plan with the board, then help deliver

A strategy is only useful if it turns into actions. We facilitate the planning, then stay on to help carry it through.

Fit the corporation's own rules

Rule books, CATSI Act obligations, dual signatories and grant conditions are the starting point for everything we set up.

Based in Broome and Perth

We work from both ends of the state and travel to country. Workshops, board meetings and site visits are done in person where that's what the work needs.
